Tier 1
Non-Ticketed Events
- $50 an Hour
- Set up and clean up time included
- 2 Hour Minimum for after hour events
- $10 Keyholder Fee per hour for events outside normal gallery hours
- Tables and Chairs Included
- Use of Kitchen available for additional fee
Tier 2
Member Artist Workshops/Classes
- For Ticketed Events
- 3 Hour Limit, set up and tear down included
- 20/80 Profit Split
- 20% to the GAC as Venue Fee
- 80% to the artist hosting class
- $10 Keyholder Fee per hour for events outside normal gallery hours
Tier 3
Guest Artist Workshops/Classes
- For Ticketed Events
- 3 Hour Limit, set up and tear down included
- 40/60 Profit Split
- 40% to the GAC as Venue Fee
- 60% to the artist hosting class
- $10 Keyholder Fee per hour for events outside normal gallery hours
