New Member Fee

Members Will

• Pay a one-time $150 new member fee
• Pay a gallery exhibit fee of $50/mo
• Staff the gallery for six hours each month
• Assist with special events
• Serve on a committee
• Follow all policies, rules and guidelines of the GGFA

STAFFING THE GALLERYEach member will work one six-hour shift each month or pay $50 for a substitute. Substitute arrangements are the responsibility of the member, not the GGFA. If you are a no-show for your scheduled shift, you must pay a $50 fine. Two no-shows without notice will be considered resignation from the organization.

EXHIBITING AT THE GALLERIAI will submit a personal bio and photo, and four representative photos of art work, to the Galleria webmaster. I agree to provide and maintain an inventory list of my displayed work and follow GGFA guidelines for labeling and displaying my work. I understand that, although care will be taken to protect the work on display, the GGFA will not be responsible for damage to or theft of my work.

PAYMENT FOR SALESEach member will be paid by check for their cumulative sales in the previous month less a 10% royalty. Checks will be available for pickup at the GGFA by the 10th of the month.

LEAVING THE GALLERIAI agree that should I wish to discontinue my participation with the Galleria, I will give one month’s notice. Likewise if the GGFA is unhappy with my participation, I will be given one month’s notice.
